Body language conveys how you feel about yourself and others. Carry yourself well and walk to show your life has purpose, because it does. Maintain good posture to keep your physical and spiritual manner erect. You’ll be in greater harmony with your surroundings.

Accept your failings with grace. Never feel bad about any good you tried to accomplish but failed. It’s not a sign of weakness. You’ll be rewarded in some way for any effort where your intention was good. . . no matter what the outcome.
Abraham, the Biblical patriarch, can be considered history’s most influential person. He endured severe trials, as when God commanded him to sacrifice his son! Yet he overcame every challenge and became endeared to the Lord.
Extremely difficult trials give you an opportunity to overcome them. When you do, you’ll be proud of your accomplishment, and the Holy One will be proud as well.
Most animals instinctively protect their young. Grandparents can be devoted to their descendants, and grandchildren can respect their lineage. This is a special sign of spirituality. Unlike other life, only humans can show esteem for their history.
Honor your lineage. You will have respect in yourself.
Your soul is heavily influenced by your character. So when building your character, use moderation and tolerance for the majority of your building materials. You’ll have fewer renovations to make.
Do you feel there is too much pressure on you these days? Don’t resent it. Welcome it. You are coal, and your life can get dirty. Yet a lot of pressure will turn you into a diamond.
When you act without thinking about yourself, you enhance your spiritual essence. Do an unselfish act and you bring increased harmony and joy to the world – and to you. What a great purpose!
Don’t allow bad ideas or actions which appeal to your emotions to cloud your intellect. It is reason which will bring you spiritually clear skies.
Spending time focused on anguish due to awful emotional events gets you stuck in self-pity and hopelessness. That erodes your soul and spirit. Instead, direct your attention and actions towards others.
You can do it. You’ll escape your despair and find purpose and direction again. Relief will follow, and as a bonus you will bring fulfillment to others. Then you’ll be free from your emotionally dark prison.
Someone close to me deals with hardships daily, physically and emotionally. Yet she’s quick to laughter and empathy. She finds humor and sensitivity in everything. This is the marrow in her soul.
You have it as well. It gives your spirit strength to work through your hardships. No one or nothing can deplete your soul’s marrow. It is inherent in you. Sometimes you may think it’s not there, but it is. It is.
