If you take a rose and put it in boiling water, the petals will turn white. However, it’s sweet fragrance remains.

We are as a rose. Our essence is always with us, even when our external appearance changes.

When one loves or hates on a level which is all-consuming, all that matters at the time is to achieve the purpose of that persons love or hate.

If you have an emotion of that intensity, be cautious. Unless, of course, that feeling is an all-consuming love for the One who is All Powerful to you. Then you can bask in the light of His truth and joy.

A domesticated dog will run in front of his master, then turn to see if he is still coming. If his master goes another way, the dog will do the same. The dog looks like it’s leading, but it is simply pretending to do so.

A true leader doesn’t do or say things which show leadership, just to change course if his (or her) friends, coworkers or any group which he belongs to change their minds.

A true leader doesn’t seek favor with others. He looks to find his best qualities, those which can be found in truth, honor, forging new pathways or succeeding.

Don’t be a dog, be a leader. You know you have leadership qualities. You have a gift to give us, so do what you want and need to do. Don’t let those with different viewpoints stop you. Give us your gift. It is your purpose in life, and you were put here to share it.

Love is blind. So is hate, jealousy, fear or any other principle that smothers our intellect with emotion.

Emotion is a wonderful feeling when it is channeled properly. Do it thus, and enjoy the experience deep into your soul.
