You don’t express your appreciation to acknowledge a favor from another. It is to make you aware of each and every gift you have received in your life.

The more conscious you are of giving thanks to others and paying them back, the more sensitive you become to all the good things coming your way. You’ll feel like this towards all people and things, and especially to the All Powerful for His blessings.

Really bad people, those who are bad right down to their soul, may have dome some good at some time, no matter how little of it they did. These people only get rewarded in this life.

There will be no reward for them in the World to Come. This is how the All Powerful dispenses justice. They will not not receive the elevation you will. Remember that when you wonder why bad people seem to win over good ones. They will get their just reward ( isolation) while you will get yours ( connection with the All Powerful). That should make your spirit smile.

There is balance in the universe. Goodness, as well as evil, can’t get so powerful that it can take total control. Otherwise there would be no challenge to life, and that would defeat the purpose of living.

As you become a better person, your negative side will increase to maintain balance. To keep you challenged as your soul becomes better, the bar gets raised even higher for the trials you will face in your life. Your purpose is to overcome those challenges. You can do it, or you would have no reason for being here.

Do good as often as you can, and be sure to only do so when around others.. When you do something in front of people which is not good, you lower their perspective of God. And if they begin to think that God is not always beneficent, it diminishes the amount of positive energy and karma in their world. So keep up the good karma and energy.

Be like oil. We exist in the waters of life, and those waters affect who and what we are. Unfortunately, it seems as if most of life’s waters today are polluted. Yet the qualities in oil always make it so it can rise to the top. You have the qualities to be like oil.

It’s okay to have an ego. After all, God has one. Just read the first of the “Ten Commandments”.

So if it’s good enough for God, and as we are made in His image, it’s good enough for us as well. But God is infinite, and we are finite. So keep your ego. It’s not bad to have one. Just keep it finite.

There are those who see money as the be all and end all in life. This can be compared to idol worship, and you know better than to worship an idol.

Of course we need money to survive in our society. But don’t think of money as paramount to anything else. Put your admiration into your loved ones, friends and favorite vocations instead. This is how you find the true essence of life and the real spiritual power residing in the universe.

It’s never too late to repent and make amends, no matter how much time has gone by. That is how you heal an old spiritual wound. Go on and heal that wound of yours. You can do it.

Your impact on your world is determined not by how many seeds you plant along your path in life, but by how many of them germinate. Your impact on yourself is in your soul discovering its true identity. May you discover more of your inner self and feel the impact.

Like a God neighbor, your soul is there.
